Health Law Services We Provide

While we are a general consulting firm for healthcare providers, we function as legal counsel as well. The two roles work in conjunction with one another since growing business and overcoming everyday challenges for any healthcare organization almost always involve law at some level.  The seamless transition between the two roles provides the client with access to the advice and tools they need to achieve organizational goals while avoiding unnecessary risk and liability.

For some of our healthcare clients, we function as their primary outside general counsel. For others, we function as part of a collaborative team working with the organization’s in-house counsel and other outside counsel on any given issue or assignment.
