  • In furtherance of practicing law, Travis keeps a watchful eye on public policy positions that might become law and that are emanating from regulating agencies and legislative-making bodies. Oftentimes, organizations who have an interest in a specific public policy matter retain Travis to gain understanding of the public policy process and gain clarity on the underlying basis of a specific policy matter in order to shift their current operations to defend or expand their marketshare should a particular public policy position become law.
